How we deal with stains
Uppers, midsoles and laces are cleaned separately by hand. Deep-set scuffs and yellowed midsoles improve but may not return to new condition.
Timing, pickup and pricing
Door-to-door collection and delivery from our Vajarahalli studio, in fixed morning, afternoon and evening windows.
Priced per pair
All prices are exclusive of taxes. Applicable GST is added to the final billing amount. Final pricing is confirmed after inspection at pickup.
What this service cannot do
- Pre-existing damage, weak seams and colour bleeding are pointed out before processing and cannot be guaranteed.
- Free pickup and delivery apply within a 5 km radius of the Vajarahalli studio.
- Sole repair, re-gluing and re-colouring are not part of the service.
How to prepare your items
- Remove insoles if they are washable and tell us about any loose sole before pickup.
Looking after them at home
- Air-dry away from direct sunlight and use shoe trees to hold shape.
