How we deal with stains
Curtain marks are usually dust, damp and sun damage rather than stains; we treat what is treatable and tell you what is permanent.
Timing, pickup and pricing
Door-to-door collection and delivery from our Vajarahalli studio, in fixed morning, afternoon and evening windows.
Priced per panel
All prices are exclusive of taxes. Applicable GST is added to the final billing amount. Final pricing is confirmed after inspection at pickup.
What this service cannot do
- Pre-existing damage, weak seams and colour bleeding are pointed out before processing and cannot be guaranteed.
- Free pickup and delivery apply within a 5 km radius of the Vajarahalli studio.
- Sun-damaged fabric can tear during cleaning; this is assessed and flagged before processing.
How to prepare your items
- Remove hooks and rings where possible, and count panels with our pickup executive.
Looking after them at home
- Rehang while very slightly damp so the fabric drops out its own creases.
